Terminim 'Alder Springs Vineyard' Mendocino Syrah 2019 750 ML

Winery notes:

Northern Mendocino County - near the town of Laytonville - Alder Springs Vineyard is a mountainside vineyard that we have worked with for TERMINIM since 2017 but before that at Patz & Hall since 1997. It is such a special vineyard site. The owner, Stu Bewley, is obsessed with growing the very best grapes he can and I do understand that everyone says this - Stu actually does it. There? nothing too small for Stu to worry about in his vineyards. I really love working with Syrah and in cooperation with Fran?ois Villard. The two of us believe in the Alder Springs Vineyard potential and in 2019 we think we have elevated the character. This is from the "Spirit Rock" portion of Alder Springs Vineyard. It? a classic Syrah with a very complex dark berrylike fruitiness and exotic spices. It? drinkable now - we recommend a 30+ minute decant - but it has decades ahead.
