Report the Issue
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged bottle or the specific defect encountered.
Preserve the Product
Keep the original bottle and at least 75% of its contents, including the cork, as we may require the item to be returned for quality control testing.
Verification Process
Our sommelier team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the fault and approve the return or exchange.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional shipping cost to you.
