How do you ensure the quality and provenance of the wine?
Every bottle at Ludwig Fine Wine is sourced directly from estates or reputable distributors and stored in a temperature-controlled, humidity-regulated cellar to ensure optimal aging and preservation.
What are your shipping policies for fragile glass bottles?
We use specialized, shock-absorbent eco-friendly packaging designed specifically for wine bottles. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold your shipment to prevent heat damage or freezing.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age in your region) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented upon arrival.
What is your return policy for 'corked' or damaged wine?
If you receive a bottle that is physically damaged or significantly flawed (corked), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or store credit upon verification.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most states within the US and select European countries. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific regional availability and customs duties.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your wine's progress in real-time.
