Appearance:Ā New bottle design that is slimmer in the waist with copper whiskey inside. We love it.
Nose:Ā Fruitcake with leather and oak. Nuttiness that has a little spice.
Palate:Ā Dry sweet honeycomb cereal along with some butterscotch and dried fruits. The leather and oak are present. Itās very chewy with root beer candy character.
Finish:Ā Medium with a slight Kentucky hug.
Overall:Ā This is a fine representation of Kentucky bourbon done right. With local grains Pat and Shane have crafted a gem. Itās a buy for both of us and we recommend you get one on yourself.
