Fresh West is a remix of our core West Coast IPA, Pure West, boosted with Simcoe and Citra Fresh Frozen Cryo hops. Cryo Fresh, a new innovation from Yakima Chief Hops, captures fresh hops straight off the bine, then pelletizes and deep-freezes them the same day. The hops were then shipped to us on dry ice, preserving their just-picked character. The inclusion of these new Fresh Frozen Cryo hops results in a beer that bursts with aromas of grapefruit, pine, and apricot and bold flavors of resin, grapefruit rind, and lemon. It’s our core West Coast IPA you know and love with a fresh Pure twist!⁠
