• Red volcanic and fine-grained chalky soils
• Gently and slowly pressed for 2-hours
• Native yeast fermentation in barrel

• Aged 11 months in barrel with no batonnage
• Racked into stainless steel tanks for 3 months before bottling
• Unfined and Unfiltered
• 13% abv
