- Rested for at least 3 months before bottling (according to the stipulations of the AOC) and reduced to proof with petits eaux (a mixture of distilled water and alcohol)
- An extremely expressive nose displays honeysuckle, purple flower, and pastry crust. Peppermint and lemon zest on the palate diminish to a lingering finish of brûléed sugar.
