Terry Bering has been the cellarmaster at the famed Rochioli Vineyards winery for 35 years. Early on Tom Rochioli recognized Terry's winemaking talents and wanted to insure that Terry would remain on the Rochioli team for a long time. Rather than giving Terry a raise he suggested that he start his own small brand using fruit from the Rochioli Estate vineyards. Since 1992, Castalia has been Terry's own brand....made at the Rochioli winery.
