Far from being an easily replicable recipe, the composition evolves with each vintage. e picture comes into focus and begins to take shape in the spring months after each barrel has quietly matured during the winter. As part of our ongoing commitment to returning to entirely estate-grown production, 60% of the 2023 version of our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir comes from our home sites in the Ribbon Ridge AVA.
